911 SC Oak Green Beige Pascha Supplied by: Charles Follett ltd of London Date of Reg: 25.10.1979 This rather unsual but very attractive SC has an extensive history file from new, the original service book itself is full. A complete package with original handbooks all in the original Porsche wallet. The spare (red) keys with the original tags are present. This car is in fantastic condition and is a credit to its previous custodians. It is in very original condition. What a colour! Colour can make or ruin a car, I think this car in this shade is just fabulous and I know some will agree. When the sunlight catches it, it burst into life, in the shade it like velvet. Highlights include the sumptious colour, beige Pascha vinyl/cloth, it's a non Sport car (minus front/rear spoilers) and it sits just lovely on those diamond cut Cookie Cutters, my opinion the suspension having been upgraded to Sport specification at some point in the past. The drive is superb, it has all it's power and the gearbox is simply fantastic, I know these early boxes get a bad rep' and I've driven a sloppy few myself, but this is like a knife through butter with a tight gate and linkage and an easy clutch. The steering is not power assisted and there is no ABS or traction control. This is a 'pure' driving experience. It does not feel or smell old, there is nothing ragged or dog eared, I think the pictures speak for themselves. I can't praise this old 911 highly enough. It does have the odd imperfection on the body there will be a very small list of items to make it perfect though none of them prevent this from being pure driving pleasure over the B roads.
