Concours 1986 944 2.5 Coupe Alpinweiss / Black 47,000 Miles - Guaranteed 2 Previous Keepers All Porsche History - 14 Porsche stamps 'C300 JGG' Only two previous keepers and covered just 47,000 miles. Every stamp in the book is Porsche. This is an original unrestored and unmarked, dry stored car in concours condition. It is absolutely stunning. Supplied by Glenn Henderson Porsche Glasgow Registered 01.02.1986 Chassis WP0ZZZ94ZGN402349 Three keepers over 32 years as follows: Keith M.. Ayr. 02.1986 - 05.1990 David D.. Ayr. 05.1990 - 08.2016 Mark H.. Doncaster. 08.2016 - 08.2018 Previously sold by us in 2016, we got this from a lovely old gentleman whom had it some 26 years, he kept it garaged throughout his 26 year tenure and did very little mileage. The third keeper kept it dry stored and did only 150 miles. This is very little used car and it has always been kept immaculate. Every stamp in the service book is Porsche and there are 14 of them. It has only ever been MoT'd by the one and same garage. This is original, it's NOT a restored car. Concours Totally original, study the images. The paintwork is like a coat of enamel. The carpets are bone dry and like new throughout. The boot/load area has never been used. Lift the boot carpet and all is as new with bright yellow zinc fixings, an unused spare wheel and every bit of trim and plastic looks like it was made last week. Under the bonnet, the engine looks very much as it did in 1986 (check the factory yellow zinc plated rocker cover for example), the teledials are unrestored and the satin factory finish on them has not been seen for decades. The dashboard is pristine and the LCD clock works, the driver footwell is totally unworn. All driving controls are in perfect order. Glazing is pristine and unmarked. There is no rot, blisters, corrosion, dents, scratches or dodgy paint anywhere. There is no history of corrosion at all. This is as good condition as you could ever hope to find. It runs absolutely perfectly and will be the best one you have ever driven for sure. Light, agile and tight are words that all spring into mind. It does not feel like an old car in any way, no chugging or smoke or rattles of any sort. It drives every bit as well as a modern car and is a delight to use. Little travelled in recent years but recent work includes a new clutch in 2015 and timing belt in 2016, it would likely benefit from a good service if it's intended to be used. It will sell with full MoT. I note that it will probably need 4 new tyres for it's MoT as the current items appear to be very old. 4 new tyres and an MoT will be done pre sale! Summary If you have travelled to see a 'mint' condition car only to be disappointed then this could be the car for you. These early 944's are sure classics and have been gaining in popularity and price for some time now, in this condition, it's better than money in the bank. A loved car, will fit into and shine in any collection. Offers are invited.
