Fantastic Summer Car

Truly a rare model in amongst a plethora of Coupe and Targa alternatives
this Convertible is a literal " breath of fresh air " and a car to get
excited about. If I had to go touring around the South of France
of a Summer this would be the steed of choice. The combination of drop
top freedom and lazy touring tiptronic practicality may not be the
immediate go to choice, however the sheer jump in go anywhere
usability of it really does start to draw you in, its a real sweetie pie
and perhaps a model that will appeal to a more seasoned Porsche
enthusiast well versed in the talents of this rather elusive model..
And elusive it is, the final 93 Convertible models with Tiptronic option
were the most expensive of the 3 naturally aspirated choices, far
costlier to own than the Targa or Coupe, this was a very expensive
model when new with this specification.


Service Information
As a 1993 car its amongst the last of the 964 series with the various
attributes that the run out models had. In fact the 993 was already in
full swing production. Comprehensive service history with a fully
stamped service booklet the car being serviced every other year in line
with manufacturers recommendations. The whole electrical system has just
had a thourough inspection and test with new ignition amplifiers being
fitted. The remote control alarm system has been recoded and operated
the locks as it should.

Coachwork
Every panel on inspection appears original with the factory B posts still in place
with manufacturer's nipple and labels n/s post and under bonnet. The inner
wings and front load area under the carpets reveal a really genuine example.
Aboard the cabin time little to no wear indicators to seats doors cards or any
leathers worth comment, a particularly sharp vehicle internally with original
carpets and mats in in well preserved order which is the general theme
throughout, all in full working order and the car has been extremely well
cared for. Remember these cars wear well and a low mileage car is like
a 3 year old new car today, incredible preservation of condition.
