Brakes & Suspension The brakes and suspension have all been refreshed recently. New discs and pads all round and the calipars have each been refinished and they all look great with the fresh wheels and new tyres. All coffin/control arms and all anti roll bar bushes have been done and a rather expensive Designtek Porshce adjustable coilover suspension kit is a welcome addition, the benefits of which are immediatly apparent on the road, the handling is really superb. Wheels & Tyres Tyres are a matching set of Continental Sport Contacts N rated and have travelled little miles. 18" polished Carrera 5-spoke wheels are immaculate and present in the correct anodised effect finish. Each one is unmarked, these have recently been refurbished and covered little ground since. Silver and black crests finish the centres along with a very expensive and rather tasty set of titanium bolts, these alone cost £180! No expense has been spared. Condition The overall theme is superb with minimal marks & little in any way that belies its age. Everything is working order as Porsche intended including the Targa glass roof. Looking after the vehicle was not a chore to the owners, this car has been loved. The body presents remarkably well with clean paintwork and straight panels that are free from damage. Stepping aboard the cabin is airy and bright with the glass roof open or closed. Leather chairs are really very nice indeed with very little wear in any direction with nice bolsters and scuff free seatbacks, all chairs are more or less unmarked. The carpets mats are as new and all is clean and well presented. Summary There is a such a large margin between a car that has been loved and one that has just been used and run on a budget. This one has been cherished and should require zero expense for the forseeable future. The correct model, low mileage, desirable specification, full service history, superb condition and listed at a sensible price this car ticks the majority of boxes for any 911 buyer. The current miles present the opportunity to have many memorable summers of use and still have an example that will retain its value and comfortably have less mileage than many of the rest. As values continue to sharpen, in no time at all this will reveal itself as a superb investment whilst meantime being an awesome ride.
