Renault honed and shaved this car, optimising the steering and sharpening the handling to the extent that the Cup is capable of notching off the sprint to 60mph in a claimed 6.7 seconds whilst maintaining a 35 MPG average. Not only is the Clio Renaultsport one of the quickest of all hatches in a straight line but its also the one with the biggest fun factor when it comes to the twisty stuff.
