The finish on this XKR is more or less as new. Take some time to
examine the detailed close up pictures below. There are no marks
whatsoever, any marks you may see is simply dust or a
refelection.
Finished in British Racing Green, the paint is simply stunning,
not a chip, scratch, blister, mark or swirl anywhere on the body
of this car and in every nook and crannie, it's perfect. This is
not photoshop or trick photography, it really looks this way,
there is a video too, can't fake that.
Unrepeatable.
Cabin is stunning, minor age related wear to the driver bolster,
little to no sag in the headcloth, all is lovely and fresh.
Perfectly adequate, even if you are a Prince.
Simply could not be in any better condition, there is no work
here for anyone, body or mechanically.
Summary This is a special Jaguar. It belonged to a gentleman
who ran a prestigous and respected classic Jaguar restoration
business XK Engineering, restoring E Types and vintage Jaguars
to concours condition. This was his personal XKR that we aquired
from his estate. Needless to say the car is sublime both in
appearance and mechanically. If ever there was an example to
stick away in your garage, this is the one right here.
